Address 2189 Mozart has been having work start on there home as early as 6:30 AM over the past 4 days. I have kindly requested that they review the code as we have to be able to live our daily lives. They have ignored my request. They continue to use loud tools, sick as Jack hammers before 7AM daily.
Kindly help ensure everyone is respectful of our neighborhood and the rules.

This ticket has been assigned to a Community Service Officer to initiate a call for service. I actually spoke to you on the phone and I went to the address and addressed the issue to the construction site supervisor. They stopped their construction once I got there and I advised them of the municipal code for construction in residential areas. In the future, if you would like a quicker response, you can reach out to our Non-Emergency phone line and an officer would be out there to inspect that day. Any questions please let us know. Thank you and have a good day.
