hello, i believe i read a statement from the E P A that said with the approval of the roth road intermodal facility the cancer rates would increase from 25 to 70 in a million.they also said an increase of 10 is considered significant.what does lathrop call an increase of 45 if 10 is considered significant? what is this number being increased to with the new intermodal facility less than a mile from my house. the city of lathrop has effectively ruined our air quality by inviting diesel trucks into our city 24 hours a day 365days a year. we already lived in whats known as a smog bowl, but now we are surrounded by a constant encomposment with i5 connected to the bypass, the bypass connected to99, 99 connected to the crosstown and the crosstown connected to i5. both my parents passed from cancer living here. what are the new numbers for the new facility? thanks, joel b
