Good afternoon,
I am contacting you (again) in hopes for some help. I have contacted Animal Services / Sheriff's Department in the past about a German Shepherd in our neighborhood. I am contacting you again because it seems the problem is arising again. (it has stopped for a while) The dog is barking constantly all night long, when myself and my neighbors are trying to sleep. Last night was the worst night yet, the dog was barking non-stop from 9pm-4am, and has been happening for about 2 - 3 weeks now. I'm not sure what the problem is because the issue had seemed to be resolved until recently. I can't speak to the neighbors because they do not speak English. The last time I called the Sheriff's Department they said they were going to get in contact with Animal Services and let you know they are hearing the barking as well (this was awhile ago) The address to where the dog resides at is 930 Waterman Ave, Lathrop 95330.

BARKING DOG (MIDDLE OF NIGHT - ALL NIGHT)
