Please help, I was told I can try to input my account online to enable auto-pay. Either I'm lost or not really understanding the entire system. But upon speaking with Sonia, thought this is the way to go. Please enlighten me, as I really want to resume having to pay my bill automatically but I'm unable to navigate through this. Thanks.
