ATV use on not -motorized path and  on natural land and excessive nuisance with all-day jet ski racing and antics
A few families have recently moved in on the River Bend drive and there seems to be continuous ATV usage behind lots 18, 19 , 20 and 21 around the beach access areas ... ATVs are used on natural land and jet skis launched ( this as per our contract and city rules this isn't allowed) - the jet ski racing and antics go on for hours at a time and all day during weekends ... a lot is work from out  homes and  are on calls and video .. and the continuous noise all the time has become a nuisance.

if this is not the right department for handling this issue, then kindly guide us to the right department.

Good morning

Thank you for bringing this to the city's attention.  Please contact the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office to report the violations of jet skis behind your home.  They can be reached at (209) 468-4400.  If you would like to report ATV's in the area, that must be reported to California State Parks at (916) 324-4442.  If you have any other questions or concerns, you may reach out to me directly at rdosanjh@ci.lathrop.ca.us.

Thank you
