I would like to file a formal complaint against my neighbors at 13613 Jasper St. They are growing several (approx 12-15) large marajuana plants in their backyard. These plants are now about 4 - 5ft high they have grow lights, indoor/outdoor shelter cabin and understanding the guidelines for the county of san joaquin, this is totally against the law. Max to grow is 6 , must be indoors and no intention of sales. These people have every intention of selling and we as a neighborhood are quite tired of nothing being done after all the drama these people constantly cause. If there is something else I/we need to do to get action taken, please let me know. Also, please let me know the status of this ticket. Thank you!
