Under Construction
The Louise Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, CIP PS 18-01 is currently under construction by DSS Company dba Knife River Construction (Knife River). After successfully paving segments on Louise Avenue westbound and eastbound from Harlan Road to 5th Street, the next step is to repave the intersection of Louise Avenue and Harlan Road. To accommodate the work and provide more safety to construction workers and the public, portions of the intersection at Louise Avenue and Harlan Road will be temporary closed as follows:
- Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
- Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
- Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
- Friday, March 5, 2021 from 7:00 am to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, March 8, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
