City Council

City Council meetings are held at City Hall the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Agendas are available on Thursday at noon before each meeting. The official agenda is posted outside of city hall in a display case, at the Lathrop Post Office, Lathrop Community Center and at the Fire Station. Special meetings are scheduled and posted as needed.

Council meetings are taped and then televised on your local broadcast cable channel 97 at 7:00 PM on Tuesday and Noon on Wednesday following the Council Meeting.

The San Joaquin Council of Governments and The City of Lathrop wants to know if YOU have any Unmet Transit Needs!

The City of Lathrop has scheduled two (2) public hearings to invite public comments on Unmet Transit Needs (UTN). The public is invited to express any comments or concerns to City staff at one of the following times:

Public Hearing Schedule:

  • Tuesday, November 17, 2009 City of Lathrop Regular Council Meeting
    at 7:00 p.m., 390 Towne Centre Drive
  • Tuesday, December 1, 2009 City of Lathrop Regular Council Meeting
    at 7:00 p.m., 390 Towne Centre Drive

Persons who are unable to attend the UTN public hearings are encouraged to register their comments by one of the following methods:

  1. Calling the City of Lathrop Department at (209) 941-7430
  2. Downloading printable survey and faxing to (209) 941-7449
  3. Downloading printable survey and emailing to publicworksweb@ci.lathrop.ca.us
  4. Downloading printable survey or mailing signed statements to City of Lathrop - Public Works Department - Attn: FY10-11 Unmet Transit Needs, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop , CA 95330.
  5. Submitting electronic survey to SJCOG (see below)

Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2009, to be incorporated into the Unmet Transit Needs public hearing records.
