Background

The work will provide a rejuvenated layer of weather protection and updated colors to the exterior of Lathrop City Hall.

Description of Work

The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to pressure washing and surface preparation, including priming of all areas, test application of 4 colors for compatibility, and painting of all exterior surfaces (approx. 16,500 square feet) of City Hall and 2 small masonry enclosures per attached work scope and specifications, incorporated herein by this reference.
